AI Art Maker + Generator allows users to generate images from text prompts using AI technology. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the app.
You are responsible for any text prompts you input. You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or share any content that is:

The images generated are created using AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or unique. We do not claim ownership of the AI-generated content you create, but we may store and use it to improve the app and for internal analysis.
You are responsible for how you use the generated content, including ensuring it does not violate any copyright or usage laws when shared publicly.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
